Peppermint Oil.

Food supplement Contributes to preserving the health of the respiratory and digestive systems and immunity. Net contents: 10 ml Packaging: glass bottle with dropper Ingredients: 100% pure and natural peppermint essential oil, undiluted, without additives or impurities Botanical name: Mentha piperita Active ingredient: peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita) (100%) Directions: Orally: use for up to 2 weeks within a month, or as needed — 1–2 drops three times a day. The oil is taken after a meal, diluted in a teaspoon of edible oil or honey. By inhalation: add 1–2 drops of peppermint oil to half a litre of hot water and inhale carefully with closed eyes. Warnings: The product is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under 12 years of age, nor for persons sensitive to any of the oil's ingredients. It should not be taken by persons with severe liver damage, cardiac arrhythmias, swallowing disorders, achlorhydria, gastro-oesophageal reflux, asthma, gallbladder inflammation or bile duct obstruction. Persons with gallstones may experience colic due to the cholagogue effect. If quantities larger than recommended are taken, unwanted effects such as diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, dizziness and heart palpitations are possible. The use of essential oil may cause stomach problems in sensitive persons. Simultaneous use of peppermint oil with antacids, H2-receptor blockers and proton pump inhibitors is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Notes: Read the instructions carefully before use. The preparation is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.
