Supernatural Shop sells the everyday basics of healthy aging: well-studied daily staples, mushrooms and adaptogens, and food for the pantry. We keep prices modest and say plainly what each product is, what is in a serving, and what the evidence does and does not show.
How the shop works.
We start with the staples that have the strongest evidence and the lowest prices, such as magnesium, omega-3 and fiber, and build out from there to mushrooms, teas and pantry foods. Food comes first; a capsule is for what the kitchen can't easily cover.
Before a product goes on sale we ask its maker for the dose of every ingredient and an independent lab result for the batch. Our standards set out what we ask for, and what we won't sell or claim.

The aromatherapy shelf and the small shelf of crystals and curiosities are where the shop began. They are scents and objects for the home, not remedies.
