How are orders shipped?
Each maker fulfills its own orders. If your basket pulls from three makers, you'll get three parcels — most arrive in a week or so.
What about returns?
Same return policy across every maker in the marketplace. Thirty days, products in original condition, refund to the original card.
Is Supernatural a maker itself?
No. We curate the marketplace; the makers are the source. Every product here comes directly from one of them.
