Silken Skin Lotion.

0A light moisturizer, for face or body…contains liquid silk to leave your skin silky smooth. Our most quickly absorbing moisturizer. Unscented so that you may add your own favorite oils for scent or therapy. Available in a four ounce cobalt bottle with lotion pump for ease of application. Wonderful all over after the shower!

We use this as a gentle all purpose “base lotion” for customizing. For example, our Lavender Silk Lotion started out as a custom order from an institution, to give calming hand massages to Alzheimers patients. We have made Jasmine Silk, Rose Silk (my personal favorite). Some therapists are adding lavender and rose to combat post partum depression. And others just use it because they love the light texture. Feel free to add your favorite skin safe essential oil or blend at somewhere between 0.5 and 1%, which means that for the full 4 ounce bottle you would want to add between 12 and 24 drops of essential oil (or, for one ounce of lotion, up to six drops of your chosen essential oil).

Contents: Aloe barbadensis (organic Aloe) juice, Rosa damascena (Rose) distillate, Cocos nucifera (Organic Coconut) oil, Kosher Vegetable Glycerine, Emulsifying Wax NF, Palm Stearic Acid, Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) oil, Hamamelis virginiana (Witch Hazel) distillate, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Phenoxyethanol (a paraben-free and formaldehyde-free preservative), Xantham Gum (Polysaccharide Gum, a thickener), Hydrolized Silk, Mannan (a starch and thickener, used to aid emulsification), Salix nigra (Black Willow Bark) extract, Azadirachta indica (Neem) oil, Rosemary officinalis (Rosemary) oleoresin, Tetrasodeium EDTA (to improve stability), and Citric Acid.
