This may well be the oil that many authorities recommended, in the 90’s and the early years of this decade, when they wrote of “Ravensara aromatica.”
Gentler than our classic Ravensara Aromatica Essential Oil, this gently anti-viral Madagascar oil is the choice for respiratory viruses. Its high content of cineol will help ease breathing and congestion. I would reach for it, rather than true Ravensara, when helping children or pregnant or nursing moms. It is gentler for topical use, however high 1.8 Cineole oils should not be used around children under 2.

SHELF LIFE: Approximately 2 to 3 years after you open the bottle. Storing in the dark, refrigerated, and decanting half full bottles into smaller, full bottles will extend shelf life.
