Active ingredient: wild oregano essential oil (Origanum minutiflorum) of organic origin, containing about 80% carvacrol and thymol. The oil is taken after a meal, diluted in a coffee spoon of edible oil (sunflower, olive, coconut, linseed…). For children over 6 years: The treatment should preferably last 10–14 days: 2–3×1 drop daily. The oil is taken after a meal, diluted in a coffee spoon of edible oil or honey. Mix the contents well, then swallow quickly without holding it in the mouth. A glass of cold water afterwards is recommended. By inhalation: Add 1 drop of oregano oil to half a litre of boiling water and inhale carefully with closed eyes. Not advisable for children under 10 years or sensitive persons (asthma, allergies). On the skin: Dilute 30–50 drops of oregano oil in 100 ml of edible oil. Apply to the affected skin twice a day. Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years of age, nor for persons hypersensitive to any of the product's ingredients. It should not be taken by persons with anaemia, coagulation disorders, swallowing disorders, severe hypertension, severe liver or kidney damage, or persons on anticoagulant therapy. Possible unwanted effects of the product are: slowed reabsorption of iron from the intestines, short-term and transient rapid pulse and heart palpitations (in persons sensitive to spicy food), a burning and glowing sensation in the mouth and stomach, and increased menstrual bleeding.
