Holiday Joy is in limited supply this year, but we could not leave you wanting. We kept the classics: Nutmeg, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Bark, Vanilla, and Coriander, with substitutions of Siberian Fir (my personal favorite conifer) and Clementine. Clementine seemed like the obvious choice since we always received one in our stockings as a token of good luck.
