(I am not a Patchouli fan.) But then I smelled this beauty from Sumatra. And it’s deep…dark…mysterious. Not sweet, but sultry. yes. there’s mysteries here. We label it “Patchouli, Dark” not for the color, as you can see it is a lovely light amber, but for the aroma. It is the deepest base note of all of our Patchouli oils, deep and dark, aromatically. I know the source, and we are offering it before I have the test results. When the testing is done, the price will go up to match our Indonesian and Indian oils.
