Internal use:

Take 3×1 coffee spoon of black cumin oil 10–15 minutes before meals. The oil can be taken continuously for three months, followed by a one-month break.

Usage cycles can be repeated as needed.

Children over 3 years: drink half a coffee spoon twice a day, after meals.

External use:

Apply a small amount of oil to clean, damp skin, two to three times a day. If any excess oil remains after a few minutes, remove it with a paper tissue.

Inhalation:

Add half a coffee spoon of black cumin oil to half a litre of hot water and inhale the steam for 3–5 minutes. Inhalation can be repeated several times a day.

Warning:

Not recommended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant women or nursing mothers.

The oil is mildly phototoxic, so avoid exposure to sunlight and/or sunbeds during the treatment.
