I have been alternating this Arnica massage oil with our Miracle Oil to ease the pain and swelling of a severely arthritic ankle. (I injured it a few weeks ago and it&#8217;s rather been giving me problems ever since.) I&#8217;m not sure which has been effective, but between the two oils, the swelling is still there, but the pain level has dropped dramatically.
We prefer the use of this Arnica extraction compared to the more traditional infused oil because we know the proportions of active ingredients.
