For external use: apply a small amount of oil (a few drops) to clean, damp skin, twice a day. The oil absorbs well and leaves no oily trace on the skin.

For hair care: rub a small amount of oil into the hair root and ends. After one hour, wash the hair as usual. Use the oil regularly for at least a month for visible results. The oil can also be applied to the whole hair as a pack, left on overnight.

For internal use: consume 10–30 drops daily.

Consumption of apricot kernel oil is not advised for pregnant women, nursing mothers or children.
